Flowers and Dots

This week the challenge at  http://theshabbytearoom.blogspot.co.uk/ is Flowers and Dots
I used the Swiss Dot embossing folder on top and polka dot paper on the bottom
The stamp is  Stampassions Flowers bows  bits of lace and pearls finish the birthday card
