This is a very interesting technique the image from stamp set MFP 'LUCKY YOU "
is stamped on card stock and a rectangle is cut around it leaving a portion to be cut in shape ( head)
Then adhered on the background and squiggled around the whole maybe that makes some sense but you can find it in tutorials "Center Block"
