LCC Christmas

This card is done without stamps

the inner piece with the trees is done with a folder

The trees were dusted in chalk

The next layer is a die cut raised with foam dots

Of course the little deer are a die cut

Attach the flower and I have a pretty Christmas card

Okay I know it is Nov 5 so I had better get Halloween out of the picture
The scene of this  card is made with an embossing folder
Colored with distress inks on a dabber and copic markers
The Halloween figures hiding are from a mini set of Marks Finest Papers

LCC Spooky

I had a little struggle with the theme Spooky

I tried Halloween but they all seemed too cutsy

So back to the drawing board

Still Halloween but much darker a theme

I stamped and colored with copic

Then used webbing  over the finished piece

Asked around the  house and it seems to be spooky

HURRICANE PROJECT

Front cover has a shaker dome

I won't bore you with descriptions of each page

This album is what I put together during Hurricane IRMA

Child Play LCC

This little darling is blowing her bubbles 

A perfect way to play when you are alone

So I chose to make this card for the Child Play Ch

At   LCC

I did the background in chalk

Die cut the circles which are very mush like bubbles

Added the clouds

The image is colored with copic markers and

hand cut She is foam mounted

ENJOY

I think this qualifies for Child Play

I used several stamps from a Huckleberry Finn Stamp set

I aged and torn edged the background

Colored the images with copic markers

Added dies from a fishing die set

A few things I don't often do

I seldom work from a kit

I seldom do Halloween

I seldom do

Steampunk

This time I did all three

I have a sweet friend who keeps supplying me with occasional  kits

My motto is "It is not mine until I use it "

So as soon as it is on my desk I must attack

I have too admit I find kits restricting and I take many liberties

This kit could be a real clock

I decided against that but finished it without the fittings

I will take the face off fill it with candy for a very sweet little neighbor

Bee card

1. For one of my closed groups the theme this month is BEES
2. I stamp embossed the bee in distress ep gold and colored in the black
3. die cut the corner and assembled
4. Very simple but I think it will be accepted

My First Album

I did add a little something to the back cover after I saw the photos

Hey Dude LCC

 The challenge at Let's Craft and Create this month is

HEY DUDE

This little dude is Stamp Happy Inc

I stamped and colored with copic markers

Fussy cut and attached to white card stock

I added the window sticker  die cut

and colored the bricks you see on the wall

So the dude could present the flowers

Huge Flowers

I pulled out this stamp set 

Huge Flowers by MFP

at request of a friend who needed a stamp off

While it was out I decided it might be a good idea to use it myself as well

I stamped off both sizes  colored with copic markers

popped the smaller one over the huge one

The sentiment is also in the set

The southern belle die seemed  the perfect finish

So I thank her for her request

3D pop up cards

I can post this because our daughter in law has received it for her birthday

She loves black and white

She is very happy with the combination envelope and pop up card

And of course the check LOL

LCC 127 BEACHY

                                  This month on Let's Craft and Create the theme is Beachy OR
                                                              Red White and Blue
                                When you see my card you will never guess what I chose  LOL


                                            I first painted the background in water colors
                                                      on ( wait for it )  water color paper
                          Then with the help of a basket full of Stampscape stamps  my Misti
                                                             and Distress inks
                                                    I had fun creating the scene
                                       Not quite sure what those little pesky insects are
                                                          but it  seemed to   work
                                                                I hope you enjoy it

This loving stamp is a Penny Black  Love Penny Black

I colored with Spectrum Noir markers

Using some grass dies at their feet

The background is a lovely folder  on core paper

and sanded

I finished off with You and me die
