SFF Background 287

This week on Speedy Fox and Friends
Pat has put very easy directions to follow
to make the backgound for your project

I follow the steps using Distress ink I got a sort of blotchy background and didn't like it but I did get to use a stencil I bought a week ago so it is now mine and can be put in its' storage place
So not liking the result so much I cut the background to  size and made the card using MFP Stamps Budda and Wealthy Fish

This is the stencil I used and in person it really does show

So not being thrilled with the above I tried again
I used Brilliance ink and it turned out lovely

So for the card I used MFP Budda and Birds of the Orient stamps

  5. I'm not sure what you didn't like about your efforts, because the colors were so pretty. Looked even better after you used this crackled stencil (and I wouldn't have thought to choose that one, but it's lovely with your coloring). Even better with the amazing stamping. Enjoyed seeing the how-to's, and will check out the MFP link as well. Great job on this beautiful card. Will have to see if I can find that stencil...looks very versatile for texture. TFS & Hugs
