Very pleased with this card 
The poinsettia are glazes and shimmered 
The angel is popped

This is a challenge called winter Wonderland
I think I nailed it
The side panels and words are silver glitter paper

Since they don't yet have a date to return to Florida wee don't want the card to chase them from Canada to Florida

I can make a card a whole lot faster than getting it posted

I cropped this it looked perfect ?????????????????/

 So for the card I gold  embossed the pine cones and  inked the rest

Shoe box

My group did a shoe box day  and this is  my submission 

Each one filled a shoe box with a make and take for each who attended  The boxes are passed around  like musical chairs and you make each card  Coming home with 12/14 cards  We do this twice a year 

Bob Ross

Yesterday I was invited to a  BOB ROSS  party 

Had a blast 

We were supplied with everything plus food 

We watched and tried to keep up with a video 

Lots of "What did he say "  What is he doing"  I missed something"

 bursts of laughter when he said " this is so easy'  and tons of rewinding 

There were lots of "happy little accidents" 

I didn't find he was teaching , more showing what he was doing and much too fast 

Also he works in oil we used arcylic 

 It was so fun

Here is my finished canvas

 and I am glad to show it on screen looks much better than real life .

Here is the thank You card I am sending the hostess 

INSECT

I am very glad Florida ants are not this big 

But I think this is the perfect card to give to the entomologolist

when he/she comes to lecture 

Seasons Greeting

I don't like posting Christmas this early 

This was part of our homework for the group 

The background is crumpled tissue  with EP over the high points  

Fun to do and there wwill be more in furture 

Coffee

The word card theme was coffee 

I did a couple with coffee mug

 but then remembered this stamp in the back of the drawer 

WILDLIFE

The challenge for this swap was WILDLIFE 

I just adore this stamp with the racoon in trash can 

I rumpled the card stock and hit the high folds with ink 

It turned out nice 

PICNIC

This is a Stamps for Life Monthly stamp set 

Only the little frog is not in this  set 

It is stamped and die cut  applied with foam dot 

Do Se do

I have some new dies so you may be seeing a few in the near future 

This one is monted on an airbrush background  

Still need practice for control of the airbrush  

Also did  some stamping

OUCH

I have a stamping buddy who is in a leg cast 

I made this get well for her 

BUT 

The stamp was made especially for me when I broke my leg 

It is very special to me as is the girl that made it happen 

FUN DAY

Had a little get together with a neighbor and we did finger painting 

We watched a couple of videos and just went at it 

There are some you are not seeing

 and these are 8.5 x 11 so not useful for cards 

Will try to do A2  size when I have confindence
